Re: lenses from ebay hong kong ?

You'll probably find similar savings on ebay.com, the US version, and with the pound so strong against the dollar, quite often ( once you've used a currency converter ) you'll see that some items are roughly half the price that you would pay for them here.
Again, you have shipping and import costs to add on, but you could still save a few bob.
I've bought items from both HK and the US, and so far I've never had a problem, and like the others, it's always been from an ebay store with a rating of 95% or higher, rather than from an individual seller. I'll never enter a bidding war on an item coming from over seas.

Re: lenses from ebay hong kong ?

I wouldn't buy anything off ebay - unless it was a reputable seller... You can normally tell the genuine sellers to the mass market rip off merchants...

I sold my EOS400D on ebay and got a very good price for it - it's all in the advertising
Kit 1
Canon EOS 40D
Canon 10-22mm EFS
Canon 17-85mm EFS
