A good friend of mine asked if I would do a few pictures of her daughter to send to a talent scout, she was spotted at a hairdressing competition where she was a model, she was very pleased with them, he wanted natural non-posed shots here is a few.....

Re: Model in the making!

I think you have achieved the objective with a nice set of natural pictures that show off her attrributes. Slim, tall, leggy, young etc. Maybe not technically spot on but the pictures don't look manufactured.

Thanks for that BC, it was harder than I thought it would be! The sun was really harsh today and in the shade was too dull!!

Re: Model in the making!

Very pretty girl - and nice shots I'm sure everyone will be pleased with. In 2 and 4 there seems a slight green cast? Could be my monitor though.

Re: Model in the making!

Yep, as I said earlier in your thread, problem with a set of pictures getting the colour right! Needs a tweak in PP to even them up a little. It's also why some togs have a means of measuring the colour temperature of light (kelvins) and on better cameras you can enter this directly in white balance. I think it's a case of the warm sunny pics going slightly warm and yellow exagerating the difference.

Re: Model in the making!

Great set of pics - they look slightly colour cast to me - over-yellow? Butr Im not on my usual monitor.

I just want to toussle her hair and tell her to look moody!! These would look awesome in BW too
