Good shot - may benefit from a good old spray of water to give it a bit of shine

How did you take the pic - what was the camera? I would have liked to have seen a little less exposure to get a little more detail into the highlights... Mainly on the left hand side of the green leaf at the front....

Do you ever use filters?

Three leaves as a number is a good quantity to shoot... And the two green one red I think works well

Took the pic outside with them against black card.

I have a fuji s5000.

I have used filters but not on this pic. I do't like the shine either, need to tone it down i think.

Do you mind receiving feedback on your shots? Not everyone does... I sometimes like to give a balanced view - and welcome balanced views on any of my own shots... I'm a long way from perfect (I am after all the village idiot)

Have you any filters at the moment? Polarising may help saturate the colours a little more?

Yes i have a polorising filter and various coloured ones.
