How about some monthly competitions, an Open, a Theme, and a Challenge to be set by the winner of the previous challenge. Then every three months a knock-out competition.

I think Phil should - as he does all the hard work
Maybe we could all submit suggestions for the year, and then Phil picks out one for each month.
Also, if people want to post anonymously, they can PM Phil the url of the image and he can slot it in?
Phil - the monthly topic is your baby so I'm happy for you to decide (with input from everyone else), just run your final choice by my and if I think anything might be a problem I'll let you know

Give me a day or two folks...........
House is in turmoil as we've builders in and with doors and windows being replaced my PC is packed away and the internet connection is being un-plugged and re-plugged in a fairly ad hoc fashion.
