Well done ladies, these are such appealing characters that it would be hard to take a bad shot but having said that there is a mile of difference between an acceptable shot and one as good as this.
PS love the background colour, you could not have done better if you had to have used a paper roll.

The background was actually the sea, as I was looking down on the puffin slightly. It was definitely easier to shoot them against the sea rather than the black cliff behind like in the other shots, as it made them slightly easier to expose for (well, as easy as it gets with black and white birds on a sunny day!!
).
This ones gone in the monthly camera club competition, so fingers crossed!!
