The spooky staircase in the woods

They aren't really spooky, but they are very twisty and dark, and at one point you can't see who. is lurking around the corner in the dark woods
But it's worth it, as there's a gorgeous place at the bottom of the stairs.(Taken about half way up)

Do like the 'design the wood makes' but, despite my love of wood I feel that in this case it spoils the steps, will be better when it is aged. None of that your fault as they don't let you dismantal hand rails because they are too new just so you can take the image I would prefer

Strange really, the more distressed and decrepit I become they more I like looking at items in a similar state. Stopped using anti wrinkle cream in the hope that my face may become worth photographing for it's character.
