Autumn at Belsay

Just a photo i took over the fields at belsay on Sunday, with the orange of Autumn creeping into the trees.

Yeah looks nice

A tad over-saturated tho - have you altered the colours at all?

Yeah, i was trying for something that didn't quite work. Probably something to do with photoediting at midnight when you really aught to be in bed. I have a bad habit of either going too bright or too dark, and not much in the middle.

It is a lovely shot, do agree it is best if the grass is grass colour I expect you were trying to increase the colour in the trees and over did it a bit.

Mauve on the tree tops give the game away, something worth being aware of.
Having a second look i would have cropped out the sky to just above tree top

*laughs* I was aware of it, that happened when i was changing the sky a bit, I ran out of patience though. I should turn the whole thing pink, it seems to go down well with a few of the teenage girls at work when i turn everything pink.
