I know, Boobah's had the runaround from Sky for 10 days now, they installed the dish/cables etc, ten days ago and she still aint on-line, they said she won't be until 5th Dec, that's a disgrace, of course they're blaming the delay on BT as it's their line they use for I-net access.

I don't know if this is of any help, but I've found a reasonable backdrop kit for you from a very reputable Ebay store with a Buy it Now price of £74.99 and fast delivery.

I do feel sorry for you - so many online retailers are letting people down and I'm sure quite a few Christmases will be spoilt by non deliveries.
