Sigma SD1 - DSLR

At £7,000 I don't think I'll be popping off to the shops but it will be interesting to see what this Foveon sensor can produce.

Have been reading about this the last few days, does look like a interesting camera, price sounds better in pounds, think it's around $10,000 here, makes it feel more like a bargain.

The DP Review, has quite a good preview article, explaining all about the Foveon Sensor.

Looks a great bit of kit, but for that money, I'd be holding out for medium format and a digital back, which (having looked at Azz's link with the sample shots from the SD1) would be better

Yup, for that kind of money, a Leaf MF digital would be my choice.....
