Phil. I may have to rest this one. I was getting frustrated earlier. Every one was just a blur. I think I'm trying to run before I can walk.
Maybe I should try more on getting a good shot of a bird landing on the feeder. At least I know where they are going to land

Dave, this is a subject that many bird photographers have to work very hard to get good results. Just keep doing what you are doing and things will improve. Win small battles and before you know it you've won the war. Don't get disheartened, keep going

I was just trying Swallows in flight again and nearly put my back out Really didn't have good enough light though.

A really good one for practice is seagulls if you've any nearby.

Phil. I go down to the coast now and then so will practice on them. I have got seagulls before but the camera was on sports mode.
