Bit of macro.

Been dabbling in macro a bit, not too sucessfuly,so im hoping things will improve as i learn.

Cocksfoot moths in a Buttercup, these are very tiny micro moths.

Slightly enlarged, a bit raggy round the edges.

Some of the flies are rather beautiful when seen in close-up.

Very nicely done. I do like macro work...I am seldom without a macro lens on at least one of my camera bodies And yes, there is a strange beauty at the macro level.

Very nice indeed. Not something I have really got into yet. But you may have inspired me. Can't afford a Macro lens at the moment though.

Hi Richard, many of the compacts can do excellent macro, my sigma 150mm is a very unforgiving lens, but hopefully i will learn to cope with it.
