Nice record of the day, does convey to me the excitement of the speedy, high jumping bike and you can sort of see that Kye is a cool, happy carefree bmx'ing dude! 
Ok, the important thing is you are happy with a record of your day out which is all that matters really.
Photographically, of course, for the benefit of some of the new folks around...a bit of fill in flash would have sorted the shadows on the face making them a little less contrasty. Sunny days are a nightmare for people pictures.
