Re: reading other peoples data

yes

Kuso exif reader its the most comprehensive out there. don't forget you can expand the data by ticking the little box at the top of the list. Note there is a shutter count reading in the listings as well for unedited photos

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multime...f-Viewer.shtml

Thats what i use anyway

Re: reading other peoples data

When downloaded right click over photo and you will see Kuso in the drop down list. Don't forget to transfer a picture to your own "my pictures" first. You get more info on your own/other unedited photos

Re: reading other peoples data

Even if you have got the software it is of no use if people minimise exif data. It seems that most people posting on this site do this so nobody can learn from what settings they have used

My exif is always available and will quite often copy it using "FX Data" and paste it below the image.

There are some sites that make it mandatory to leave Exif intacr and copy & paste it with the image.

Re: reading other peoples data

me and skylie use a program to remove or change exif
flickr is the best place to read without any software needed
go here.........http://www.flickr.com/photos/cakeste...in/photostream
then on the right it says "This photo was taken yesterday in Potters Bar, England, GB, using a Nikon D300. "

click on Nikon D300 and you will get exif for that picture

Re: reading other peoples data

Cakey, why, when this site is meant to be a "learning" site, would you make the decision to remove the exif data?

People of all abilities can learn heaps from the data.

Not unless the camera had a GPS system fitted to it
