Rear screen viewing

My Nikon D300 came with one of those horrible clip on plastic screen protectors and when in Live View never gave a true picture of what I was looking at

So I purchased a set of GGS glass stick on protectors instead . They make all the difference, but you do have to be very careful to locate exactly as once on hard to remove without cracking these protectors.

Re: Rear screen viewing

Zounds
You will definately notice the difference, its like looking at the screen without any protection on.

fitted to my camera resize only no editing. Also one for top screen not shown

Re: Rear screen viewing

They are the same idea as the protective film one puts on the screens of smartphones etc.

Very good unless like me, you are hamfisted and can't seem to apply them without getting bubbles

Re: Rear screen viewing

Steve
Its glass so you can't get bubbles, to apply the GGS protector does require a steady hand and EXACT positioning .As soon as one part touches you will have a job to relocate. Its imperitive the screen your placing over is completely clear of dust or finger marks etc, otherwise its locked in all the time the GGS is in place.

Its the best bit of additional camera kit for what it does and for price, you just don't know its there
