A little brown bird..
I have seen the pictures posted here of the small birds you post and find them delightful as most are strangers to me...here is a small bird I met the other day and was surprised that it sat still, a bob or so of the head but it still sat there... a Carolina Wren...Shirley

Beautifully marked bird Shirley, you have a few species of wren on your side of the pond, ours are loud and tiny and ive yet to get a photo of one.
