Yippee the sun come out for half hour.

As the title says the sun came out for half an hour the other morning, so I grabbed the camera bag and headed for the water, 10 mins later I was there and the sun was still out..

The reason for rushing down to the beach was that we had a big spring tide over the bank holiday weekend, which also meant a very low 0.2 low tide and that uncovers all the things that we very rarely get to see...lovely seaweed covered rocks that are normall hidden and that gives a normally boring bit of water some interest... my wish was granted and the sun stayed out for just long enough to take 7 long exposures with the aid of my 10 stop filter and 0.6 ND grad..I then processed them in photomatix and cs5 for the finished result ..

Thanks for looking, Steve.
