300mm Focal length for most shots, sometimes only needed a focal length of about 200mm, as i said i was close to the track, ISO of 400, F5.6 ish and a shutter speed of 1/300.

Don't really have any tips really, apart from get as close to the track as you can as that solves a lot of problems lol, i posted a link on here about taking action photography, i'll have a look around and find it for you
