I think you have done a great job and have more patience than I

These are my favourites:

I like the action of shots 1 and 2, the Chaffinch seems to have picked up something on his head. Is he about to land?

Shot 3, The Coal tit is so cute, another adorable shot.

Shot 4, I like the almost surprised look on the Owl face.

Re: Birdies

Thanks Ken for your nice comments, much appreciated.

You're right, the Chaffinch in photo number 2 is about to land. May I ask what you mean is on her head? Do you mean the wee tiny hair? She probably didn't know her photo were to be taken and hadn't bother to brush her hair

I thought, at one point, the Eagle Owl would bite the lens - it looks annoyed

Re: Birdies

Perhaps it part of the normal markings, it's the mark just in front of the eye, above the beak line.

Re: Birdies

I know what you mean now. Had a look on the original size file and I think it's just the way she looks. Thank you for explaining what you meant.

Re: Birdies

The first is a cracker - well done.

I'm guessing the Rupells Griffon Vulture is the one from Blair Drummond.

Re: Birdies

Thanks Phil. Your guess is correct. Perhaps I should have written out were they were taken...?
