Hi Tony, I'm not sure about this effect, I think it's because it has made the eye the only focal point.

May be take the soft focus a little bit further out toward the edges, so the top of the head is still got some detail, may be.

For me to much blurring around the head and looks very harsh. Don't think it suits the subject, wd. prefer to see more in a black and white photo.

I'm inclined to agree with both of the above - I think both ideas could work well. Perhaps a slight vignette? At the moment it feels paler to the corners, which I think is a bit distracting, but a slight vignette might bring the eye to the face.

Have to agree the PP is too much - tho it might work better in B&W.

Hi Tony! I think the same as all above really! I'd scrap the bluring and replace with a dark vignette, also black and white may work better? only my opinion though!
