Re: Bison Bull

Thank you xx

Well, I didn't eat this one but I was really surprised , sweeter, leaner, and really melt in the mouth tender ,much more than Beef. It's very low in fat for a red meat. I don't really eat red meat, so I was amazed I enjoyed it. Even the kids tried it, in mini burgers, and loved it.

Phil- I know, it's about timeso does this mean you have to get me, another Highland Cow? There is a herd of Aberdeen Angus near me, and I noticed a couple of cute calves yesterday, so might have to go and photograph them

Is the cow group still running? I will pop him in there
