Looking back

I've been looking back through some old photos; here's probably one of my first wildlife shots taken when I was about 13 of a wild rabbit relaxing. I was thrilled with it, bless.

Has anyone else got photos they took when they were a kid, or their very first shot?

Re: Looking back

I've not got them anymore but I remember taking 24 pics (a film) on a 110 camera (remember those?) at an air show.

My parents posted the film away to be developed and every morning I waited for the postman to bring me the results.

Anyway - I came home from school (primary) one day to find an envelope on the table along with a note which read 'everything comes to he who waits'.

I ripped open the packet desperate to see the images of Spitfires, Lancasters, Harriers, Lightnings etc etc only to find 12 pictures of blank sky and 12 pictures of sky with a blob in.

Perhaps that was the day I got the photography bug LOL
