Exif question; what is the 'about' number?
This is in the exif details of my photos but I have no clue what it is. Its a really long number though!
Anyone able to explain a little about what it means please?

Would it be possible to post a screen grab of the exif. I have tried to view the exif in some of your images but the data has been stripped out.

ok, on my flickr, if you look at my photo called 'cushioned flooring' and scroll down (in exif) it says

its the Universally unique identifier for Microsoft Windows Live Photo Gallery software
the number only appears on the exif files where youve used window live gallery to process your picture
