He hung up o my TWICE! and then refused to give me a refund then refused the fact that i had evenpaid!!

you know what Sam - iv never had a go at someone before. Never. Im usually pretty chiilled out as iv been oin the firing line before!
It got to thepoint where they were offering me discount and then they would say they would only refubd £109 of it!!!?? I paid £120 inc VAT!!
Eventually i think i got through to them??!!! But i doubt ill get my money without a fight.
How can they possably refuse a refund on the basis its a usefull item i dont know! and trying to talk me round wont help!!
Iv spoken to trading standards and apparantly they are in breech of contract for failing to provide within a reasonable time scale and aslo im covered under the under the distant sellings act of which i can return the goods for a FULL refund with 7 days of recieving the item. These people are conmen.
Iv just sent another email, to follow up the call...
