USB cable for EOS400D
I've lost my usb cable 
and have been looking online for a replacement. Ebay has some really cheap but not sure if they are any good.
So has anyone got an recommendations on where to buy a replacement?

Hi Carole
I believe they are a standard "Mini USB" connector to type "A USB" connector, like this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hama-USB-Cab.../dp/B0009V8WZA
But I've no direct experience with the 400D so perhaps someone can confirm.

If it's a standard mini USB cable then any brand (like the one Ken posted) will do - it's just wires and two plugs so not much can go wrong.
PS3's use them to charge the joypads so you could borrow your sons when he's not using it

I found an old usb cable for my old mp3 player which works so that will do until I find the original cable. Its here somewhere

I think you do need to be a little careful as my Canon USB lead would work with a mates Nikon despite the the connectors fitting.
