alright guys.. how's it going? thanks for this.
i still need to figure how to put things up?! but i think i'm having just a blonde moment..
is it right that you can only upload three images at a time with all the resize shizzle?!
or is there another way?! i can't find where to just put links in with the [img] ?!

You can upload as many as you like.
If you are uploading from your Flickr page its easy...
1 - Click on the photo you want to upload
2 - Select all sizes
3 - Scroll down to where is says 2. Grab the photo's URL:
4 - Highlight and select by right clicking the selected text and 'Copy'
5 - In your YOP post type [img] followed by pasting your link inbetween the closing image tag, which is [/img] dont have any spaces between tags.
for example [img]mypicture[/img]
