There is a very good chance that recovery software will get it for you - windows doesn't always 'delete' things you delete, but merely marks it as deleted and then simply overwrites it when it needs the space.

Yeah I sent them all to the recycle bin, then when they were loaded on the disc, and yes I made sure the "burn" was finished! (sadly) I stupidly emptied the bin! I'm not sure what really happened but I have tried every thing to get back into the disc, but nothing is working! I will keep on trying though........
