Being me that used the term....
As Azz said......"Chuffed"........simply means.......really happy or pleased with your self.
For example......I'm chuffed to bits = Really happy or proud

Thanks all for the explanation. I may ask for other definitions as time goes bye. I lived for 13 years in the Southern United States where there are lots`of words only they would understand. Take "pully bone" as an example. it's the breast bone of a chicken or turkey. lol
