Image Licence.

Can someone go through this for me and make sure its ok purleez

The following conditions and rights are reserved by the photographer.

1. As the copyright holder Kanikula Photography has the moral right to be identified as the author of the work, this is part of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act.

2. The right to use copies of any images/logos/photographs for advertising purposes (i.e. as examples of past works)

I would prob run it by a solictor tbh K, esp if you are doing it as a business - just to be on the safe side. Funny ol thing law!

As Azz said, if it is for businees use then I would have it checked out by a solicitor. So you are effectively giving them all rights, including the right to sell it on for money if they so wish?

They wont hold copyright but the will have a licence to use the images as they so wish.
