Re: What scumbags started this

Agreed - great to see a bit of debate but no point falling out over it

Some good captures of the events though Steve - well done.

Re: What scumbags started this

Great photos caught Steve - especially the first.

What thy have done is utterly wrong, and I do believe in far tougher punishments than they will no doubt receive. Having said that I do not believe in vigilantism or in the 'hang them' school of thought. Mind - I don't think this thread warranted it all turning into that sort of debate anyway!

Some people need to seriously lighten up a little

Now, group hug

Re: What scumbags started this

Group hugs all round

Went to bed early as I've an early start in the morning and have just been woken up with cramp in my thigh. Someone getting me back for my horrid ways

Daisy, you ain't got that vodoo doll out have you

Bournemouth Evening Echo has used one of the photos and I have been told the local BBC news did also but I can't say I saw that.

Think it must be under control now as I can't see any flames from the bedroom window. Last I heard 4 members of public treated for smoke inhalation, one fire officer in hospital with exhaustion and another with burns. Several roads of houses evacuated and the occupants put up in our local community centre until they get the OK to return.

Not been a good day round here.

Re: What scumbags started this

I heard about it on the radio on the way home - it's annoying, kids are always starting fires around here (not sure if that's the case there).

That first shot is pretty awesome.

Glad to hear it's under control Steve.

Just to open a can of worms - did you request a fee for your photo in the paper ?

I only ask as I know this is a very sensitive subject that crops up again and again........

Hey guys just read through the thread and can see everyone's pov - but just a reminder to keep things amicable - and am glad none of you have fallen out over it.

Re: What scumbags started this

Just off to work now and can't see any flames. Still some smoke drifting about.

Had a couple of heavy showers over night which would have helped the fire fighters some.

Another day, another dollar, off to work now.
