Get snapping - plenty of it around at present

Good choice - not sure i'll have much in the way of daylight this week but I've got a place nearby in mind.

Here's one I dug out, the sea lock leading into the Forth & Clyde canal on the river Carron.
The pontoons rise up the posts with the incoming tides.

OK here we go,

The blue bridge over the F & C canal, after dark it's illuminated and looks really nice.


This was a pain, the light was right in my face, I had to hold my hand over the lens like a shade, I had a lens hood on but still got reflections off the sun, and it was blowin a gale.


Round the bend, the canal takes a dog-leg to the left here.


Lock #3, a foxglove dead centre, the wind was really blowing so I was lucky to get it in focus.




That's all folks, I had to pack it in, it was freezin.

I decided to go macro for this challenge as we had frost fog and heavy dew this am
