Don't worry about posting images, you'll get the hand of it in no time
But basically, you simply need to put the URL (usually starts with 'http' and ends in '.jpg') in [IMG] tags like this:

you have to type in [IMG] and dont forget there's a slash on the last one, like this [/IMG]
