Market watch - Current Price Trends
Just to give an idea of the current market trends in DSLR pricing. I have included only these for comparison - there are other cameras to compare; you can do so at http://www.camerapricebuster.co.uk/
These graphs show average highest price, average lowest price and highest low average price.

I think December was a good time, when the lowest prices peaked - kinda wish I got that D700 now!
Although interestingly, Sony haven't really gone up, or they have, but true to Sonys way of doing things when the cost of manufacture goes down they put the prices down too - so they've stablised, but I expect them to fall still.
