FZ 200 motion pictures puzzle.

Bit puzzled , Richard, the motion picture thingy doesn't work with the SD card in place. A notice comes up saying, in effect, that the card is incompatible. Take the card out and the movie facility works fine! Do I need a special card?
Like the camera very much, gradually learning what button does what! Had got used to my D60.

Re: FZ 200 motion pictures puzzle.

Mick

Have a read in the manual about what size card as well, some cameras do have a card size limit and recommend a minimum read/write speed. Some call it a class speed with mine nothing below 4, but I prefer a class 10 with a minimum or 45Mb/s or faster.

So far my video work has been done with a panasonic HC-X900m camcorder and prior to that the 600 version.
I now also have the chance to video with my Nikon D800 but not got around to it yet as its a new camera and still finding my way around the video settings

One of mine working under difficult lighting conditions onboard a cruise ship.
One of the biggest problems is idiots walking/getting infront of you while filming as below. this "lady" didn't give a hoot ang got right infront of me on the right with her d**n great arm at 3.38 minutes into the shoot.

Oh by the way youtube quality is not that great
