New Lens Tested
I wound up at two different venues today, The Portland Zoo & The Evergreen Space Museum. I was testing out my new Nikkor 18-200mm 3.5-5.6 VRII DX lens. I shot at a variety of focal lengths and apertures with great success. I can tell already I'm going to love this lens. I hand held everything and got some very sharp images at 1000 ISO.

Wow Bob, a really nice set of images. A bit of noise but looks to be a good lens and some nice colours. My favourite of that set? predicatably the lady with the ice cream! Would love to see that space suit though, Dave Scott I believe, flew in early missions and I think one of the latter. Those guys were real heros and had nerves of steel (so long as you are not one of those folks that think it was all made up!
