I've got a Tamrac Expedition 4
Not to big for going up hills and big enough for a 2nd camera and a couple of lenses.

Ok i can add to this now thanks to my man at xmas 
I am now using 3 different containers to carry my stuff in... my rucksack a proper camera one now instead of my bike one... its a Lowepro one
A Bowens carry case which contains my flash lighting and stand but that came with the light kit
My Peli 1510 hard case which contains the camera and all the lenses and kits etc. They make boxes for the military and is well padded and its great as it has wheels and i can just put it in the car and not worry about putting things on top of it.
I have quite a collection of kit now lol (its all listed in my profile although need to check if i got all the names right) it used to be Lupo's stuff taking up space in the car... now it seems to be all my stuff!!
