Update on adapter for 350D

This is the adapter that fits the Canon 500N, it enables you to use 42mm srew thread lenses, does'nt look like I'm gonna get one in any dealers so I thought I might ask one of the local engineering companies to make me one.

It's made from aluminium so it should be easy to make.

As well as the 400mm tele lens I showed you I have also got a f1.7 50mm fixed lens (screw thread), the question is it's 4mm narrower in diameter where it fits onto the camera body, will it be wide enough to let enough light through ? it worked OK on the 500N so it should work on the 350D
