Nice, love the iridescent feathers on these guys, whites are a touch clipped but easily fixed if shot RAW.

Always hard to shoot something with white in it on a sunny day, use the exposure compensation setting on your camera. Shoot with a negative value, and if blow whites on a shot increase (make more negative).
Can also play with manual exposure and spot metering on the white, but exp comp is the easiest and quickest method to deal with whites on a bright day.
Snow is the opposite as it will turn out grey as your camera meters, so you give it positive exp comp.
