What wonderful shots! I too was out at the weekend hoping to cature a photo of one of the most beautiful of birds. Unfortunatly there was only 1 couple and too far to take a half decent shot.
You have a wonderful talent for taking bird shots....................I am a tad jealous

Yes, the light conditions didn't really help matters much, puffins are actually easier to expose for on overcast days as are all black and white wildlife subjects...I had bright glarey sunlight and harsh shadow to deal with!
