Giving Up Photography :(

Some of you have been wondering why i havnt been on here for a while, well the simple answer is ...iv given up the photography.

was all set to talk you out of it! no need then! Its hard to find good subjects this time of year when all you wanna do is curl up infront of the fire! at least you have some good willing models at home! ( my kids are getting a little fed up of me and the camera lol)

Iv actually had both of the dreaded bugs going around at the moment - so new year hasnt been fun for me! I thought id try and at least get out for an hour today.. so i dragged my fat @rse down to the local park with Luke and lots of chocs to bribe him with!

I willl tell you this - i aint going out on icy roads again! They dont like new drivers! LOL

No offence KK but JR why would you want that? Isn't that just the kit lens that comes with a D40 or am I missing something? These seem to be sold quite regularly in the various forums or on Ebay.
