Re: Rochester Cathedral

my organ is an organ to be proud of and would not be appreciated by the masses if cut in half

Re: Rochester Cathedral

What about this Dave??

I couldnt do anything with the lights, although to me they do not spoil the image as the point of interest is not the stained glass window in this image. I wanted to try and keep the chairs as natural looking as possible, as to me they did look natural in your original Jpeg. I ended up lassoing them and putting them in another layer, then just tweaked shadows/highlights and midtones on the main image before putting it all back together. You did not want to lose the fact that lots of light was shining through other windows but it was a little too bright in the original and that drowned out some of the detail in the pillars.......

As for image 7....have you got an original for that one too still?? I did not notice last night that the close up pillars looked a little unnatural, again as if the shades of grey had been painted in........
