A bit soft but excellent composition and exposure. Nicely blurred background that is not distracting. Well done.

Yep, I agree that it needs a bit of a boost and a crop to loose the other parots eye.
Sharpening won't help the missed focus though.

Nice colours, too soft for me though and there is a second parrot in the frame which is distracting.

Out of focus 
I don't agree with the editing advice given by the others though, as cropping the other bird out of frame would mean you lose the main composition, which although not perfect, is really the only thing this shot has going for it.
I think boosting the colours will only draw more attention to the fact that it's out of focus.

It's a shame Bazza hasn't got his edit box ticked, because I just did a very quick tweak and crop - and it looks lovely! Sorry to disagree MD, but I don't think this is particularly out of focus, it looks like it's just very soft - which could be a lens problem, or user error. Even so, with the tweaks advised by others above, it really does look OK
