Annnd G! I had a few choices today, finally narrowed it down to Grey Heron. So many of the lovely birds we get here are 'G' - Grey Heron, Godwits, Gulls, Guillemots... but in the end I settled with this shot, as I loved the evening light on the grasses, and his watchful expression!

Wow, I thought my old teddy was much loved, here's another one Think I prefer the original teddy shot, and the the edited Heron shot, it's worked really well

G is for Grapes
Forgot to do one yesterday
bought these grapes today. Natural light, d300, 50mm. Used threes actions, Wine Stain (very appropriate) gives a purple red hue to post processing at 50%, then Fiber Dirt, which basically replicates a an old camera sensor, slightly diffuses, and adds fibers and a light vignette at 65% brushed away some of the layers to add details. Then Web ready action.

Meet Harry, strange orange Dinosaur dog toy, this is Harry in his ninth or tenth reincarnation. When Mack was a pup Luke gave him an old teddy called Harry, he had it for ages, then he killed it, but he learnt to "Find Harry", so any special fluffy toy Mack adopts gets called Harry, and if you ask him to find Harry you are going to get a soggy fluffy toy in your lap, or at your feet. (please excuse boxes, in the middle of decorating this room)
