Re: The Laura Daily Photo Alphabet Challenge

Yes - it's great for making yourself do something you wouldn't normally do! I've really been doing a lot of PP work too - which is something I really don't do - so that's good!

Re: The Laura Daily Photo Alphabet Challenge

E is for Eggs (Eggsposure)

Have poo light today, so had to work with it, and it's getting darker as a thunderstorm is due, so grabbed what light I could after lunch. Also, decided to use the "in camera Mono", because I love to make things difficult and try and work out where to set the contrast and other settings in camera, to get a punchy enough Mono that was usable. So, D300, 50mm, Natural but poo light, In Camera Mono with adjustments done before taking shot. The only post processing was a slight crop and web ready Action.

Re: The Laura Daily Photo Alphabet Challenge

F is for Frilly Flowers

Irises shot in Natural Light, D300, 50mm. Today, there was no special challenge , just shoot some flowers. Post processing comprised of a slight crop, was going to crop much closer then decided against it, used 3 Actions, my Vintage Wash at 80%, which fades, and ages colours, and then brought some of the original colour back through the layers with a brush, Edge of Darkness which adds an adjustable vignette at 10 %, and Web Ready. Sounds a lot, but really didn't take long at all.
