Azz, I've tried sending you the RAW file, but it's too large. It's 18.1 meg, and I can only send a maximum of 10 meg ( bloody hotmail )
The Tiff file is even larger. It's 58.6meg!!!

I use the Software that came with the camera. It's called Image Data Converter SR Version 2.0, by Sony.
I also have their version of Lightroom, called Lightbox.

750 mm equivalent!!!! You'll be posting pics of the ticks on the birds not the birds themselves!

Few questions

Must be a monster lens, you need to shoot it with a monopod to get sharp shots? How many stops does the VR allow you to shoot below 1/500th ish? Do you think its f/8 will be a problem?

Ah k no probs MD!

Wonder if a monopod is recommended then?... cos it's such a big distance?
