Iv decided to clone out the fencing on the right - do you think it looks ok or should i just go in for a tighter crop??

The cloning looks good to me. I did spot that green cylinder when I first looked at the picture so I guess it was worth it.

As for the crop - I think It's best the way it is just now. At the moment (especially with him turning towards us) he looks like he's walking back into the picture. Also that right hand cliff coming out at 90 degrees to the back cliff gives it the depth. You might loose some of that if he was stuck out far right and the cliff were cropped.

Thanks for the imput - suppose the clone looks more obvious to me as i know where it is!

I had to bring them both up on the screen to compare them, but I wouldn't say the cloning was obvious. In fact I actually prefer the cloned shot because, as Phil said, the green object kept drawing your eye.

Thanks GH, i prefer the cloned shot to but saying that more work is needed on it as iv noticed a ladder on th rocks in between the elephants!! LOL
