Saw the bunny again, and this time managed to get a shot I was reasonably happy with even through windows It's the best bunny shot I've taken yet I reckon

Try again Launa, it is a good shot and the rabbit looks very healthy. Well worth you trying a different more refined edit and then let us take another look at this cracking shoot.

I shoot so much I had to develop a filing system so as not to misplace photos. I place a RAW sub-folder containing .NEF file named exactly the same as the .JPG file. That way I can always start over.

Sharpening is a difficult procedure and I catch myself overdoing it at times. I try now to sharpen and then "Undo" just to see the difference. If it detracts I start over.

It is a cute bunny photo Zoundz and I'm sure you'll succeed in getting it the way you'd like to see it. You have such talent I have faith in you.

No-one likes the edits better?! Surely they can't be worse than the first one?! So I shall just assume no-one's seen them yet

B&W works best for me..in colour you can still get a hint that it was taken through glass as there's a tiny bit of a cast to it.
