Re: D40, Opinions

We will, It is a man thing, I have never read any(have a box full) I have done ok so far. I will admit if I do get stuck on anything I aways look online as that will normally tell you how and not in a for want of a better saying "up its own bum sort of way.

Re: D40, Opinions

I don't think it's a man thing tbh Stormey!

Whenever I get a new piece of kit, say an AMP or other techy goody, I always have the manual in the loo for a week or so

I don't read manuals for simple things like VCRs or games consoles tho.

Perhaps you are referring to DIY stuff - then some blokes do think it's better not to read the manual (and suffer for it in the end lol)!

Re: D40, Opinions

I just dont read them, I find them in the main pretentious and overly compicated(especially diy)
