I really love these shots Dawn, especially #2 really good capture. I know you shot that one at 400mm but I think if you cropped it just a tad tighter it would be fantastic

Lovely shots Dawn, it's a pity about the slightly blown highlights, looks like it was a lovely day though, so small price to pay for glorious weather!

The exposure looked absolutely fine to me Laura, but just to make sure I checked for any blown highlights in my graphics prog and can say that there was nothing blown at all on the animal, rather just a sprinkle (which i've dotted in red and outlined in black) on the sky but really nothing to worry about

Thanks Grant, the edit is great! I couldnt find any blown bits either but wondered if it was my monitor or something, pleased it isnt though. Im pleased with the lens though, at 400mm cant complain at the sharpness.
