Transulent Curls

Been playing again. I like the translucent look to the petal in this one.

That is absolutely beautiful - one of my favourites of yours to date! You have taken some stunning stuff lately - I think you should have a bad back more often Only joking!

I love it though, and it would look gorgeous on the wall in my hallway.

The translucent effect was done in Lightroom. The original was taken in normal overcast daylight. I'll look back at how I done it and post the original so you can see the before and after with how I achieved it.

Still a bit painful but at least I am able to get about a bit now. Wouldn't want to try a 10 mile hike though I'm not pushing my luck this time and taking it steady.

Tomorrow evening I'll post the original and the steps I took in Lightroom to get to the final image. Can't sit at the desktop for too long in one session 'cause of the back. I'm on the laptop now whilst horizontal
