Nancy's rose

My neighbour ( Nancy) is in hospital and missing seeing her late summer roses in bloom.

I took this to show her....and to have a 'play' with my new Canon 55-250 ( nifty 250) which I am totally lovin'

..and yes cakey, I used the tripod, it was like a first date , all clumsy and gropey.

Re: Nancy's rose

That really is beautiful. Between me and you Daisy (I wont tell no one) didn you spray the rose or was it already like that? It doesn't really matter, only asking as it was something someone showed me the other day.

This is a 2 thumbs up and a wow face picture. Superb.

Re: Nancy's rose

Dave...no spray required as we had an almighty downpour earlier( including hailstones) and then the sun came out

In other words a totally normal Scottish day.

I went dancing in the rain earlier. arms out, face up, round and round..more people should do that.

I have tried sprays and even droppers...nowt beats Mother nature.
